✅ Refunds are issued if we fail to deliver the agreed services.
✅ If a campaign does not meet its performance goals, clients may request adjustments or a partial refund.

🚫 Refunds are not applicable if:

• The campaign has started, and the client chooses to cancel without justification.
• The campaign is paused due to Google Ads account issues or violations (outside our control).

💳 Payment Terms:

• Clients may choose to pay 50% upfront and 50% after service completion.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days.
